Considering PPF for my new car – is it worth it here?

So I just picked up a brand new 2023 Toyota Land Cruiser and I'm absolutely in love with it, but I'm already getting anxious about keeping the paint in good condition given how brutal the sun and sand can be around here. I've seen so many cars on the road that look like they've been through a war zone after just a couple of years, with faded bumpers, tiny chips all over the hood, and those horrible swirling scratches from car washes that just make the whole car look tired and old. I've been doing a ton of research and everyone seems to recommend paint protection film as the best way to keep the car looking new, but I'm honestly a bit confused about the different options available, whether I should go for full coverage or just the front sections, and most importantly whether it's actually worth the significant investment. I've heard mixed things about some installers not doing a great job with the edges peeling off after a while or the film yellowing in the sun, so I really want to find a place that uses quality materials and has experienced installers who know what they're doing. I'm based in the MBZ City area and it would be ideal to find somewhere nearby rather than driving across town and then having to leave the car for a couple of days. A mate of mine who's really into cars mentioned that there's trusted paint protection film installation in MBZ City that he'd used for his own vehicle and was really happy with the results, but he's been travelling and I can't get hold of him to ask for the name. Has anyone here had PPF installed locally and can recommend a shop that does a clean, precise job with good quality film and doesn't charge an absolute fortune?
